Just a perfect day today. Here’s an iphone pic of our Aloe Vera plant/s. The original plant has multiplied an average of 40% per year. They get a bit unruly so there will be some ‘grooming’ soon. The birds will have a ball over the next few days with these flowers!
That white spot near the centre of the pic is the Moon. This picture’s colour has not been enhanced at all. It is a direct upload from the phone.
The new operating system for the iphone introduces a zoom capability for the camera which zooms digitally (not optically). This image was taken with about 15% zoom.

When I take shots like the following of Sydney CBD I think of the volume of people inside. Head down or eyes out the window looking at the helicopter?
When I drive and see all the traffic around me I think that this procession is going on everywhere.
When I’m waiting to take off in the chopper and big jumbo loads of people are landing or lifting off … that too is happening everywhere. Numbers, numbers … Ants on the move that’s all we are.
We are but a little cog in the wheel of progress/fortune/whatever.
Maybe its not all about me.
Its about tolerance.

It was actually the week before when I was asked to lecture the local Mollymook camera club. It was fun and I got great thanks etc. You actually learn so much when you teach.
My point is that they were all very appreciative after the event and the attached YouTube shows you how I felt before it. I was one of the turkeys. Enjoy
